While quality is our prime target, quantities are secondary.
We are capable to do large quantities with quality and we have a proven record of it, however will not go into the area where we will not be able to control the quality over to the quantity. By providing you a range of suppliers from south to north, we have a multi-selection of suppliers to choose the right partner to provide you the desired quantities, quality and the type of rice such as brown, parboiled, steam and milled (white).
We have segregated suppliers based on their main rice varieties they have good experience and mostly exporting, this ensure us their expertise in that relevant variety to process and exports. At the same time, they can give us desired quantities @ competitive price.

Our focus has been to source rice and rice products from the companies who are committed to prepare quality products. A low price does not mean compromise on quality. That’s why while buying, we make sure that the company is certified and meets the minimum quality standards as per agreed specifications.
We ensure that not only the visual quality of rice such as Moisture, Broken, Yield & Purity meets the quality assurance criteria of our valued clients but clears the external labs micro examination for Mycotoxine, GMO, Pesticides, DNA etc., to be in compliance with the buyer’s requirement and are within legal allowed limit in the respective country of import.
Besides, rice quality assurance, we also pay attention towards packaging and printing keeping in consideration the requirement of the buyer as well as the legalities of the country for which rice is being shipped or imported.

Once the factory is approved/audited to be suitable for working as per our standards, we then segregate them into different categories based on above all. These categorizations help us serve different buyers with different needs and also help us allocate the various orders to different factories according to their strengths and handling capacities.
With fierce competition circulating the market, the retail prices are forced to come down. Hence, survival depends on effective cost-cutting strategies. Ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery of the shipments are the essence of our services. During the entire process we keep buyers informed at all stages about their order process. A final production report on quality along with a sealed sample randomly taken during production is then kept with us for three months period as well as with the seller. The final sample is also provided to the buyer before shipment for his own observation and satisfaction.
The physical reports such as production, quality, packing, hygiene cooking reports are prepared during production and quickly sent to the buyer on-line to understand them most up-to-date position of the product and their order status with the seller.
At the end of the production, the loading is done by our qualified and trained supervisors. A final report of the production, quality and sealed samples then are kept with us as well as with the supplier for a certain time.
