Our Performance
Global Rice Sourcing (GRS) commands a premier position in the industry, managing approximately 35% of the total Basmati rice volume exported from Pakistan to the UK and European Union markets. We specialize in sourcing premium Super Basmati rice (available in brown, milled, and parboiled formats). This specialized category qualifies for duty-free import abatements when delivered directly to European and UK-based rice millers.
Upon arrival at its destination, this cargo is milled, polished, and re-packed under our buyers’ private brands before being distributed across major retail networks.
Operating within the UK and EU means navigating some of the most strictly regulated food markets in the world. Cargo is subjected to demanding port-of-entry quality and safety assessments. Our ultimate expertise lies in providing fully compliant materials from our vetted, expert suppliers. We guarantee product integrity through a rigorous multi-stage testing process that spans from the point of origin all the way to the final retail shelf.
In line with shifting market demands, we have expanded our portfolio to source high-demand, extra-long grain varieties—including 1121, 1509, 1718, and 1845—in parboiled, steam, and white milled formats.
